Type the address. Get a number on the roof.

Satellite measures it. You pick shingle or metal and see a ballpark in about 30 seconds. We'll call if you want someone to walk it.

Address in. Number out.

You'll put a name and phone in to see the range. That's how we follow up. Same-day call if you want the inspection.

That number is a starting point. Treat it like one.

It comes from a satellite picture of your roof. Hail, extra layers, rotten decking, and whatever is hiding under the shingles will move it. That's why someone still has to get on the ladder before you sign anything.

  • What it includesRoof size, the slope you picked, and the material you chose, priced on the contractor's current rates.
  • What it doesn'tHidden damage, extra layers, code upgrades, and the ugly surprises you only find with a boot on the shingle.
  • Why run it anywayYou walk into the conversation already knowing the size and a range. The rep isn't starting from "so, tell me about your roof."

Four moves. Then a person.

No door-knock because you got curious. You run the number. We call. You decide if anyone comes out.

01

You type the address

Roofr pulls the roof off satellite. Squares, pitch, the shape of the thing. Takes a few seconds.

02

You pick the material

Shingle or metal on this preview. That choice plus slope is what builds the range you see on screen.

03

You see a ballpark

Name and phone to see it. That's the trade. We don't sell the lead to five other roofers.

04

We call the same day

If you want the inspection, we book it. If you're just pricing, say so. Nobody shows up uninvited.

The sales visit shouldn't start from zero.

By the time someone is on your roof, we already have the boring facts. You shouldn't have to repeat them.

  • How big the roof is
  • The number you just saw
  • The material you picked
  • Whether you asked about financing
  • When you want this done, if you told us

Photos help if you have them. Text a couple after the call. The estimator itself doesn't take pictures.

Get the number first

Before you type the address

Straight answers. The estimator still needs the address to do anything useful.

Is this the price I pay?

No. It's a satellite ballpark off the roof we can see from above. The inspector sets the number you can actually sign. If the two are wildly different, ask why. That's a fair question.

Why do you need my phone number?

Roofr holds the estimate behind contact info. We'll use the number to follow up the same day. If you don't want a call, say so when we ring. We're not dropping a crew in the driveway because you got curious.

Who shows up if I book?

A licensed contractor covering your area. This preview runs on Superior Commercial Contracting's Roofr estimator, Texas shingle and metal rates. Your market's own rates go in before we spend money on ads.

Do I have to book an inspection?

No. Run the number. Talk if you want. Book if it still makes sense.

What if I already have a quote from someone else?

Bring it. A satellite range is a useful check on whether that quote is in the universe. Hidden work still exists, and the cheap number is usually the one that skipped it.

Is my info going to five other roofers?

No. One team. One follow-up. We're not a lead mill. That's the whole reason this page isn't branded as the contractor's public price list.
